• Bio

I create theatre that incites change and incorporates non-western techniques. To explore social economic and political issues through a non traditional format.

I am a graduate of East 15 Acting School with a BA in World Performance .

My training has enabled me not only to explore western styles but learn skills that go beyond most western training acquiring varied skills. I am very used to working with directors and practitioners from around the world and revel in learning and being part of new and intercultural work.

Alongside performing as an actor in Film, Theatre, Voice over artist, and Cabaret Host/Singer, I have experience in Drag, writing spoken word, script writing, choreographing and facilitating.

My passion is devising and pushing beyond the conventional boundaries of theatre, being part of theatre movements and exploring my own and others cultural traditions.

I want to create theatre and film that disrupts the patriachy.

Currently I am in rehearsals to perform in 'Moll and the Future Kings' at Shakespeare's Globe.

An hour of late-night drag king cabaret and improv, by candlelight
Part of Voices in the Dark: Pride, Then and Now

In 1611, Moll Frith, also known as Mal Cutpurse, appeared onstage at the Fortune Theatre, during a production of The Roaring Girl, Middleton and Dekker’s play about her life. An improvised moment involving rude jokes, songs and smoking, this is the only known professional playhouse performance by an English woman.

At the time and ever since, history and gossip have held her – this cross-dressing performer, criminal and trickster – as a warning, a hero or a freak.

And now, for one night only, we present an hour of anarchic, improvised, gender-twisting entertainment in her honour. Performed by members of the Through the Door course, this is a work-in-progress, an experiment, and a conversation with our queer early modern past.

Curated by Sarah Grange with Clerkinworks, and supported by Shakespeare’s Globe and Improbable, it's the night out with Moll you didn’t know you’d been waiting for.

Please note: this performance may include strong language and / or partial nudity.

Also I am currently filming for “I’m An Actor”

“I’m An Actor” is a new online documentary series exploring the lives of five female actors. It follows the highs and lows, as well as find out what it means to be a “successful” actor today.
